How fast will my Silk Stride shoes arrive? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to get you in your new favorite pair as soon as possible:

Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shoes start their journey to you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my perfect size? A good stride starts with a perfect fit. Please check our Detailed Size Guide [Link] which includes cm/inch conversions. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for closed-toe shoes and sizing down for open sandals.
Do you offer wide-width options? Many of our Silk Stride styles are designed with flexible materials to accommodate various foot shapes. Check the product description for specific "Wide-Fit" labels.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to love your walk! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unworn shoes in their original box and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if my shoes arrive damaged? Quality is our priority. If your order arrives with a defect, please email us at info@silkstride.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
